Capital One, BoA Quotes Higher Mortgage Rates Today Sep 9, 2015

The benchmark 30 year loans are 3.875% at Capital One Financial (NYSE:COF) today yielding an APR of 3.927%.  The higher interest jumbo 30 year loans are being offered for 3.875% and an APR of 3.896% which is of course a bit higher than the non-jumbo loans.

The short term 15 year fixed rate mortgage interest rates start at 3.125% at the bank today carrying an APR of 3.216%.

The Jumbo 15 year interest rates stand at 3.625% carrying an APR of 3.663% today.  ARM interest rates in the 5 year category are 2.875% at Capital One with a starting APR of 3.088%.  The 7/1 ARM deals can be had for 3.000% today with a starting APR of 3.137%.
